Flussmittel halogenfrei

Das Flussmittel EXEL 314 hinterlässt nur geringe trockene Rückstände.
EXEL 314 besteht aus organischen Aktivatoren und ist halogenfrei. Lösemittel basierend Isopropylalkohol mit ca. 3.14% aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoffe. Das Flussmittel ist völlig wasserlöslich.
