Bipolar position sensors ICS

The SS41K6 are versatile digital Hall-effect sensors powered by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and are designed to respond to alternating north and south poles.

Features:
  • Small, wired, flat TO-92 housing
  • Bipolar magnetism for ring magnet applications with alternating north and south poles
  • Power consumption max. 5mA @4,5V DC
  • ESD protected +16 kV (HBM - Human Body Model)
  • Short circuit protection at the output
  • ROHS compliant
