Flux halogen freeThe flux EXEL 314 leaves only a small dry residue.
EXEL 314 consists of organic activators and is halogen free. Solvent based isoperpyl alcohol with approx. 3.14% aliphatic hydrocarbons. The flux is completely soluble in water.
