MiniTweez® desoldering tweezers kit

The new MT-200 MiniTweez® from PACE is a precision thermal tweezer that can handle microcomponents such as 0201s, 0402s and 0603s in a simple one-handed operation. In the case of 0201s, perfectly aligned tips are critical to success, and the MT-200 is designed for multi-axis tip alignment and rotational alignment (theta), which provides ultimate control and targeting accuracy. A tip-gap adjustment wheel adjusts the gap between the tips to reduce the distance from tip end to tip end, reducing grip tension and operator fatigue during repetitive operations. In addition, the MT-200 can also safely and quickly remove much larger chips, SOTs, D-PAKs, SOICs and TSOPs. Exclusively designed for PACE's AccuDrive® power sources, the MT-200 uses patented, higher performance Blue-Series tip heating cartridges that can be changed in seconds, heat up quickly, deliver up to 120 watts of power per tip pair and are nearly half the cost of other competing tweezer cartridges. The MT-200 is optionally available as a complete station with ADS200 AccuDrive power supply and Instant SetBack Tool Stand, which automatically reduces tip temperature to increase tip life.
