SensaTemp, Desoldering iron kit

The SX-100 desoldering iron has been improved so that it no longer clogs! SX-100 desoldering handpiece and the modular heater has been redesigned to better transfer heat along the length of the new SX-100 tips. SX-100 desoldering tips will not clog because the insulated hot solder path is designed to stay well above the melting temperature of the solder and prevent even lead-free solder from solidifying. The SX-100 desoldering tips are designed for high volume production and feature an environmentally friendly disposable collection chamber to maximise productivity. When the filter is full, you simply pull out the chamber, remove the old filter and replace it with a new one - all in 15 seconds! If you prefer, the SX-100 can also be used with a reusable glass chamber (included). The new 2- and 4-sided Pik-Tips allow safe, fast reflow and removal of a variety of TS OP's, QFP's and Flatpacks. The Pik-Tips are designed so that all connections of the component can be reflow soldered at the same time and have a unique vacuum pick. After reflow, the vacuum is activated and the component is lifted off the PCB. Black connector version: for use with SensaTemp compatible systems only (PRC 2000, MBT 250 and older PACE stations).
