The MPR series is a very small piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides a digital output for reading the pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and the operating temperature. It is calibrated and compensated over a specified operating temperature for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and non-linearity using an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). This product is designed to meet the requirements of medical equipment (consumer and non-consumer), commercial equipment and industrial/air conditioning applications.
