Bipolar position sensors ICS

The SS400 and SS500 series are small and versatile digital Hall-effect sensors powered by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and are designed to respond to alternating north and south poles or to a south pole only.

Features:

• Quadruple Hall IC design minimises mechanical stress effects
• Temperature-compensated magnets ensure stable operation
• Digital sinking open collector output
• Simple interfaces compatible with common electronic circuits
• Bipolar, latching or unipolar magnets
