Bipolar position sensors ICS

These small and versatile digital Hall-effect sensors are powered by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and are designed to respond to alternating north and south poles.

Features:

• Small, flat TO-92 housing
• Sensitive bipolar magnets, react to alternating north and south poles
• Suitable for speed measurements
• High speed operation from 0 up to over 100 kHz
• Built-in pull-up resistor
• Easy connection to common electronic circuits
